"My parents have had State Farm for as long as I can remember. Always paid their bill on time. Never had issues. Until now. They had their termite people come out in June. Did a full inspection. No issues. (Might seem irrelevant but that information is very important.) Soon after, they noticed their wood floors bubbling. Did some investigating and noticed they had water damage in their downstairs bathroom. Called everyone they had to call. Took a visit to these guys with proof that there was no damage in June according to the termite people. Got denied their coverage. For water damage. That was no fault of their own. I promise everyone will know not to use State Farm. They will take your money for years and then tell you they can’t fix anything. Thanks State Farm. You have proven you’re just as worthless as our government."

"Admittedly I was initially a little flustered at the number of prompts preceding my ability to speak to a live representative (After hours). Thankfully I was safe and not on the side of the road. However, this all changed once I was able to speak to a representative. She was so polite, friendly, professional, personable and empathetic that it shifted my mood in a positive manner. She was so helpful and immediately linked me to road side assistance. They also get Kudos...their response was expeditious and arrival was sooner than estimated.
